Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns
MidLife Crisis offers a 30-day return policy. Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging

To start a return, please email info@midlifecrisisnow.com with your order number included in the subject line.

All returns must be shipped to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items that do not meet return requirements will not be sent back unless additional shipping is paid by the customer.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will ship the remaining items and issue a prompt refund for the out-of-stock product. You will never be charged for items we cannot fulfill.

Exchanges
To request an exchange, email info@midlifecrisisnow.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

Shipping both ways is the responsibility of the customer.

- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- After we receive and inspect the item (must be in like-new condition), a replacement order will be processed and shipped.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

For any questions, feel free to reach out to us at info@midlifecrisisnow.com.
